Tenants may pay their rent using the following methods: debit card (at each building’s superintendent office), post-dated cheque, money order, pre-authorized debit/credit (please use the attached link to download form).

Please note that a late fee will apply to all unpaid rent on the 5th day of every month. Online payments will NOT be accepted after 3 P.M on the 4th day of every month, for processing purposes.
Online payments on all other days, including holidays will be accessible 24/7.
To avoid any inconvenience this may cause and to avoid late fees, please ensure you pay your rent on or before the first of each month.
