Current Pool Status

Indoor pool Location 177 Nonquon Rd

Pool Hours Monday thru Sunday 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM

  • Only Valiant Group tenants are permitted
  • Reduction of the number of people allowed in the pool and on the pool deck. (177 Indoor pool – a maximum of 9 people)
  • Saunas will follow Ministry of Health and Ontario Government Guidelines.

Swimming Lessons

We offer swimming lessons and Aquafit classes at a competitive rate. Get fit and stay active on your schedule! The classes are held by certified lifeguards and instructors. Please check with your building manager for availability of classes.
