CURRENT COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

As of March 21st the government has lifted COVID-19 protocols.  Valiant will continue to monitor the Public Health Measures and advise tenants as changes occur

As per the above noted changes, Tenants and visitors are no longer required to wear a mask or face covering when in the common areas of the buildings’, such as lobbies, elevators, stairwells, hallways, laundry rooms, social rooms, and fitness rooms.   We advise each person to follow their own comfort level on whether or not to wear a mask or face covering.

As per Public Health guidelines, anyone displaying or experiencing COVID-19 related symptoms are not to enter the building.  Signs are posted at each entrance.

Everyone should follow the TSSA guideline for use of the elevators.

If anyone has any concerns or questions please do not hesitate to contact the property manager or your building superintendent/site staff.
